I’m a former retail buyer as well as a designer. I sold my Jane Hamill line wholesale and I owned a boutique for over 14 years. I know both sides of the story! During this 50 minute phone consult, I’ll tell you what’s good about your idea, what needs improvement, and what specific opportunities are out there that probably don’t know about.

10 Week Coaching Program combining trainings (video and audio) on all the steps needed to create a new business with three 50 minute one-on–one private sessions with Jane.
This program is a hybrid of online workshops and videos combined with personal mentoring from Jane. It’s simply the fastest and most cost-effective way for New Designers to learn what you need to know in order to start and run a viable design business. Really, it’s Fashion Design Entrepreneurship presented in a step-by-step format.
Includes:
- Seven 1 hour trainings on the 7 steps to creating a fashion business.
- Worksheets, templates, scripts, handouts to go with each training session.
- Written transcripts of all video and audio presentations.
- Three 50-minute private one-on-one phone strategy sessions (must be used over the course of 12 weeks).
- Focused “assignments” between private sessions to keep you accountable and on track.
How it Works: After you sign up, you’ll get immediate access the first session’s training presentation (including all the worksheets etc). 3) “Fast Track” Sell My Line Program
12 Week Private Coaching Program
Includes:
- Twelve 50-minute private one-on-one phone strategy sessions (must be used over the course of 15 weeks).
- Focused “assignments” between sessions to keep you accountable and on track.
- Email support for quick questions that may come up in between sessions (this is for simple, quick questions only — extra sessions will be billed separately).
This is for entrepreneurs who are happy with the overall health of their business and need a boost in one area only – SALES. The Diamond program works for selling to retailers as well as direct to consumer as the content will be customized for you. After receiving your completed questionnaire, we’ll work on your marketing and sales strategy (your marketing “star”) to move your business to the next level by showing you how to:
- Find your retail “niche” and determine what “ideal” stores you want to attract to carry your line
- Access the competition and clarify how your product fills a void in the marketplace – why consumers will but from you and not them.
- “Package” your products clearly so retail buyers can purchase simply and easily.
- Create a buzz about your brand to make buyers find YOU.
- Determine which “basic” products you can carry each season so you don’t have to re-invent the wheel every season.
- Critique your buyer’s packet and selling tools for clarity and ease-of-use
- Use the single most effective way to approach a retailer and get their attention

6 month private coaching program
Includes:
- Twenty-four 50-minute private one-on-one phone strategy sessions, one almost every week (must be used over the course of 28 weeks).
- Focused “assignments” between sessions to keep you accountable and on track.
- Email and phone support for quick questions that may come up in between sessions.
The “Diamond” Program is similar to “Fast Track” but is geared for entrepreneurs who want the “total package”. I have worked with diverse clients with this program but they all have one common desire – they want their business to be a in a different place 6 months from now than it is today and they’re willing to invest time and money to take serious action to make that happen.
This program is for entrepreneurs at all levels and stages of business.
If you’re a start-up, this is probably your best private coaching option because it simply takes this much time to get all the pieces in place. We will work intensely together to get your business healthy and viable. You should also consider the “How to Start a Fashion Business” package which is a hybrid of online trainings and personal coaching with Jane

5) 12 month “maintenance” Coaching Program
This is for you if you’ve been in business for at least 18 months and are happy with the overall health of your company. This package will help you focus in on a few issues you have with your business, stay accountable, and move forward at a faster pace than you would on your own.
