When I first heard her speak I was like…holy moses, I can do my business any way I want to. I mean, I’ve heard that for years, I believed in it logically, and I preach it to my clients. But it wasn’t until Dana’s workshop that I truly understood what to do (not just talk about it), and even better, she showed me a model of how to do it.
Dana buys e-commerce businesses and typically triples their profit in the first year. Crazy, right?
The first things Dana does when she buys a business is 1) set an action goal to double daily orders, 2) focus only on high margin products, and 3) understand the customer. She is particularly focused on these 3 things.
Have a listen to Part 1 of this interview and I’ll be back with Part 2 next week.

This is one of the best episode I have listened to in a very long time.
I especially like Dana’s explanation on how if you are always in a growth mode or if you are always chasing the dollar, you will always be chasing insert whatever name. That is is liberating – to know that if I am happy at where my business is right now, I can stay there. It freeing to know what you don’t want to be doing… I see other entrepreneur doing things to get to market and i’m always like – I don’t want to do that- then I find myself feeling guilty that i’m really not doing all that I should do. Thanks Dana, really appreciate the wisdom you have given.

Hi Akon! I love what you said, “I see other entrepreneurs doing things to get to market and I’m always like – I don’t want to do that – then I find myself feeling guilty that I’m really not doing all that I should do.” I TOTALLY GET what you’re saying!! And it’s so funny because we say I don’t wanna do that, so I’ll just feel guilty that I didn’t do that. LOL! Our brains mess with us.
Thanks for your comment!
